Our Loan Process
Simple and transparent steps
Loan Application
Application forms include all terms and conditions. Once your group is formed, loan applications along with KYC documents are collected.
Field Investigation
Our Branch Manager conducts a thorough Field Investigation at the applicant's location and forwards to Register Office.
Loan Appraisal
Each application is appraised based on purpose, attendance, income, and repayment capacity as per company guidelines.
Sanction and Disbursement
Upon approval, sanction is communicated in writing. Disbursements are made through cheque or cash.
Repayment and Grievance
Repayments weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Any complaint addressed within one week by our officials.
